Once the CHEK assessment is completed, a detailed exercise program specific to the client’s current needs and training status is developed. Exercise is powerful medicine. So, we include proper exercises and stretches while, even more importantly, avoiding the ones a client doesn’t need is essential to the success of any workout program.
